Position – Contract Administrator (Landscape Construction)
Area of Work: Epping Depot
Hours: Full-time

Are you a champion of detail and are highly organized? Love to Multitask? UDL Group are seeking a Contract Administrator to join the construction team and support landscape operations in the next phase of construction growth. This role will play a key role in building internal and external stakeholder relationships and ensure the smooth execution of our contract management.
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Review and administer contracts during the various stages of the construction and maintenance process.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze and understand commercial conditions in all contracts, together with the ability to understand and interpret key elements of Australian Standard Contracts AS4000 and AS2124, and the ability to apply and comply with statutory legislation and regulations.
- Ability to work independently is essential as is the ability to interface and be a crucial influence in the Project Team.
- Preparing Construction Project Management Plans (CPMPs), purchasing plans, work programs, and other required site documentation.
- Assisting Project Managers and Client Managers in contract administration as required.

To be successful, what you will need:
- 2 years or more of administrative or contract administrative experience required; preferably in the construction/landscape industries.
- Certificate or equivalent in Business Administration (desirable).
- Experience using different software systems like Salesforce and comfortable using IT applications (essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar (required)
- White Card (essential)
- Driver’s License (essential)
- Proven track record with managing end to end Administration process
