Position – Business Administration Officer (Horticulture/Urban Development) 

Area of Work: Epping Depot 

Hours: Full-time in Office

Are you a champion of detail?  Are you the go-to person for managing Administration? Do you enjoy parks and gardens? UDL Group are seeking a Business Administrator to join the team, this new position will play a key role in building and providing contract and general administrative support to the Maintenance division and to the Epping facility.

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Coordinate work order requests, schedule work orders and ensure they are closed out within the required time frame.

  • Assist with the creation of monthly reports on completed works, upcoming programmed works, number of sites actioned, incidents, and audit outcomes.

  • Adjust work orders for staff as required. 

  • Answer all incoming communications to the primary UDL Group business line via the management of the company mobile phone.

  • Act as the primary face of the UDL Group Epping facility by greeting visitors, contractors, clients, and new staff on arrival and ensure all visitors report to reception to sign in and out; 

  • Manage depot deliveries by receiving inward goods and distributing them to the appropriate receiver in addition to managing outward goods.

To be successful, what you will need: 

  • 2 years or more of administrative experience preferably in the Horticulture /landscape industries.

  • Certificate or equivalent in Business Administration (desirable). 

  • Experience using different software systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Office and comfortable using IT applications (essential)

  • White Card (essential) 

  • Driver’s License (essential) 

  • Proven track record with managing end to end Administration process

  • A fun and energetic vibe, ready to support the team
